Victory of Humanity with Gender Equality and Life Achievement of my life

Since 2018 to present time, I am working with world biggest number one NGO BRAC along with Gender Justice and Diversity.
Gender Justice and Diversity have a great goal like as achieving gender equality in society by reducing all kind of violence against women as well as empowering women to ensure gender equity.
Gender equality is also our sustainable development goal so here I am working for both gender equality and equity. It is not only my profession to work in that kind of humanitarian job but also my passion.

In Bangladesh not all these women are aware about their human rights & gender rights and most of the time they are attacking by several kind of violence.
In that case women are not step forward in their career and educational development. For that reason, we as a nation fall in downward and couldn't go ahead.

One day I asked myself that what is my contribution towards that society and organization and I got my answer.
From last two years, I have trained thousands of staffs and beneficiaries of BRAC and now they know why gender equality is so important. Starting from reducing VAWC (Violence against women and Children), prevention of rape, murder, sexual harassment, child marriage and rising education for women, SRHR(sexual and Reproductive Health Rights),Gender sensitive behavior and so many issues; they are not only aware about those issues but also practicing these in their entire life. As a results, I feel proud for my work and for my contribution in this society.

In cox’s bazar there are living above two million refugee and displace people from myanmar, we from BRAC support them not only for their home, food, livelihood product, education also support to counselling as well as work for VAWC and gender equality.

My gender awareness work is not just bound with BRAC, every weekend I personally go in some primary and high school, college, university and trained their teachers and students about the gender equality awareness as a results they can become a gender sensitive person in their life. Personally I belief that children can makes a new world there should not any discriminate among genders and one day I will defiantly get my success.

Here I attached some photos of my work whose going to help you to realize how we work or contribute for gender equality and ensure Sustainable development gender goal. For that occasion I feel proud as an employee of BRAC and I can change the society and support to fill up Sir Fazle Hasan Abed's dream that is a discrimination free world.

It seems a part of parcel of my life philosophy and it is my story of Victory.
Write your story of Victory.

  1. In my point of view, I think, country like ours in third world, we are not achieving our millennium development for the lack of appropriate women empowerment. There are several NGO's are working nowadays for this issue and among them BRAC is quite renowned for its activities. And I want to salute from the bottom of my heart to both BRAC as well as you..Go ahead forward to success implement with this noble virtue ..
